Ok, so its like the 3rd week of the month of jan, and also my 100th post. 2010 suddenly seems so different from all the other years. I feel more serious and determined this year, very determind to do my perfection in the exams. Maybe its from the regular comparison syndrome, where a sibling or relative is doin better than u and u can hear all the woahs and wows comin from people when they noe yur relative have obtained certain awards or outstanding achievements and when they turn to u, u have noth to show. Seriously, this is bothering me, and will be my source of motivation. So wat if im from an average school in the neighbourhood? So wat if we're so far off behind when compared to the RIs and Dunman highs? I wanna prove to the world tat even if yur from an average school, u can still make history. Even when somethimes im suddenly discouraged, a voice inside me will say: the world is round, everythin is possible. One day singapore will snow, and africa will prosper. After all thomas edison is jus an orphaned half deaf kid wif lots of spare time in his hands. We're so much better off than him, so y can he make so much breakthroughs while we are all still trapped in the box? No way, we will definately achieve somethin too~
To soar or to sore, all depends on your score. Yeah, it rhymes and its original from me =) Im now jus right in front of the gate leading to the future in front, and i will make no regrets; not another lousy 217, but 2 get number 1 and score 7 distinctions.
